Yes!! I’ll throw in a curve ball, though, & say it also depends on how we identify ourselves — whether as Spirit/soul or as form.

From the soul perspective, we start before the body is born, choosing that life, those parents, those circumstances for our soul’s reasons. Those are not accessible to the body-mind aspect of self, so it’s a delightfully tricky aspect of our life. 😆
