Wow, Richa — thanks for sharing your journey, here. Great article. Yes, we each deserve to find our own unique relationship to the technology — not let it eat who we really are up. Social media seems to encourage putting on a false front — & endless comparisons, which are not healthy. Rather than guide us into our strengths, it plays on & magnifies our weaknesses.

While finding our deeper being in the midst of our techno-world can be challenging, we can do it — after all, it’s more who we truly are than the personality, the persona we present to others, before we set-out on the awakening trek.

Course-Correction Required — Technomania
