What a frightening picture you paint — unfortunately, so real. Science is well & truly lost, worshiping the gods of bigger, better, faster data handling & transmission — basically worshiping mind/thought. What a mess.
It’s unfortunate that most don’t realize we’re all telepathic — to whatever extent. This is unseen, covered over by the belief that this isn’t the case. Not every thought running through your head is yours — but if you believe they are, accepting responsibility for them — that, too, can lead to a mess, inappropriate to pursue, here.
For me, your piece tried to express too much all at once. Would loved to have read it chapters, each one devoted to a specific point. As it is, you covered so many that I’m left rather dazed — as well as shocked at how far “out there” — into transhumanism — science is marching, to hell with everyone & everything else. So convinced that they are right, it’s nauseating.
Such huge movements in such drastic directions deserve to be discussed in public forums — to at least be presented to the people who will be forever impacted by the decisions being taken. It’s frankly insane.
But then, I’m a bit crazy, for I take the spiritual perspective on all of this — not religious, spiritual, as in we are spirit/soul at our core. So in my view, mind is frankly secondary to what I call Heart, point of inner contact/communion with Source. I see each one as Source-in-form, here for a temporary 3D experience, yet eternal.
Language is a critical function & skill, giving the Inner Being an avenue to share meaning with others. My journals originate in Heart, making use of mind in an ancillary way — which will be unimaginable to the intelligentsia — though I also hold 4 university degrees, lol. So perhaps there is some balance here, after all.
Some food for pondering — none of it may resonate, but then, who knows?
Current Sanity Actually Insane
The map is not the territory — got one by that name, but to summarize, thought — & thus language — can ever & only be about that to which it refers. It cannot deliver the direct experience we have as we travel the road. Via Heart — our internal Being — we travel the road, have access to the direct experience(s).
Even the human heart — not the spiritual one to which I often refer — thinks. Both heart & gut also produce neurotransmitters — “brain chemicals.” Science does not know everything it claims to know. Somewhere along the way it seems to have forgotten that what it deals in is but the latest theories — nothing more. Further, those involved in funding it often have ulterior motives. Did you know that medical schools are funded by Big Pharma? Think there could be a self-serving connection at work, there?
Grr — not at you, certainly, but your article made me angry — at the foolishness on display. Yes, it was always there, just something of which I wasn’t keeping abreast. Still, grr! :D So if you feel my ire, please don’t take it personally — for yes — absolutely — our energy travels via our words — not in them, but as the undercurrent, if you will. We can definitely feel one another this way.
I’ll close with this journal — Get Out of Your Own Way — which summarizes much, of course from my perspective. I like to say I have a very flexible perspective, but I must thank you for illumining for me certain areas where I simply refuse to go. You really do bring many important aspects of current research to the table — thus providing some of that sharing I called for, earlier on.
May you be blessed in every possible way along your journey. The study of languages — both ancient & current — is deeply valuable — at least, to me ;)
