Thanks, Paul, for your take on things. I hear you, about thinking we’re really something — a grave danger, I agree. When searching for self, within, we come upon nothing, an emptiness, so at our core there is no self at all.

The other side of that coin, though, is — well, hard to put into words, but it’s a pregnant, full nothing, somehow. More than strange. So we could also say that it’s not us, not a self who is Source-in-form — that’s Source. Our route into experiencing that is via the nothing.

In the One there there is no two, much less many separate beings, thus there’s no room for ego of any kind. Other posts delve more into the nothing.
