You are not alone, as no doubt there are many others like you, like us — who have pulled back enough to be able to observe from a more neutral position. I was shocked, myself, on taking a challenge I found online to do a 30-day TV fast, years ago. Nothing could have prepared me for the encounter with the programming when I turned it back on. Couldn’t stand it — it was so insulting! lol

Haven’t had a tv in the house for years — don’t miss it in the least 😉
