You went right to the heart of what we can “do” — which is to work on the self, to work with the Self, so I’m with you, there.

There’s a beautiful Abraham-Hicks quote that goes to the heart of this, but I’m not finding it. When we focus on someone’s problem, on their issue as we reach out to help, that doesn’t help. It can’t, since our attention is feeding the problem.

If, however, we’re inspired by an uprising awareness — & we let that be our motivation for action — that can help. It has to come from our Source-Self, from Higher Self, not from our mind trying to lend a hand. We’re badly programmed around this, but all it takes is to see it, to see into the underlying energies, & we can release that old programming in favor of Heart leading the way.

The only one who can help others is Source, & they must be the one to reach out for the help. Our power truly only extends to the self/Self… & yet … since that greater Self IS the whole, the help is readily available. It’s all about their free will choices, though, not ours.

The very best we can do for another is to work on the self. As we set our Ship of State back on its Heart course, miracles arise, even becoming the norm. Life is all very much stranger (& simpler) that we’ve been taught.

It’s so much fun, finding our way through the gifts of the Now, isn’t it? No one knows it all, has all the answers, yet we all have something priceless to offer. As our soul/Being gathers momentum in this Great Awakening, we create an updraft that’s available to all, especially our dear ones.

By Loving our self/Self, we Love them, for there is no separation at our core; in the One. Thus, to help the “self” is to help “them.” LOL. My intention is not to be confusing, but since we’re both in Heart territory, here, we can see how mind’s best bet is to just leave it alone & trust Heart/Source to know what It’s doing.

All is well. It could never be anything else. 😆
