Harrison, this is beyond excellent. 1991, huh? And where have we gone since then? Bears a bit of pondering. EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY, is indeed, the core of the message for me. This Equality of Outcomes is pure poison. We have an EEOC, which is supposed to see to equal opportunity, but most often they go about it sideways.

All real & lasting change anywhere must begin within each one of us. It’s what we have inside that has resulted in the mess, all around. All the great efforts put into managing externals cannot bear the desired fruit until we get to the core of it, within.
