I wondered about that statement, as well. If it was comparing the amount of carbon produced by the one, vs contained within the other, it’s perhaps a comparison of apples & oranges. Then again, isn’t it oxygen produced by the trees, & carbon dioxide consumed by or processed by the trees? So I don’t understand this production of carbon thing. 😖
