Fantastic article — for all of us! I’ve also heard that eating when harried or stressed is detrimental to the body. So even just skipping the odd meal does more than just save money — it’s physically beneficial.

You may want to look into the use of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide — H2O2, which can be (carefully) taken internally — again, not before doing the research! I’ve personally done this, & the excess weight just fell away — & has remained gone. At 64, I’m now at my teen-age weight — no effort required, just careful attention to the rules of the game. (For instance, don’t take H2O2 until at least 3 hours after the last meal, or it could negatively interact with stomach contents.)

There’s a pdf available called The One Minute Cure that I used. It takes you up to 25 drops of the 35% FOOD GRADE H2O2, but if I had it to do over, I’d likely stop at 10 or 12 drops. Besides, even mixed with distilled water (the only kind to use), it tastes horrible :-/
