Experiment — Mind vs Heart —
Am off in the clouds, somewhere — & deep in union with Mother Earth. When you experience this, you’ll know why -
It’s dizzifying — trying to remember how to keyboard, LOL. The Sutra of the Heart, indeed — your Heart, & the Heart of Mother Earth, Father Sky, the Sun & the stars — with a few comets thrown in for good measure.
It’s a meditation, nothing (mentally) informative, at all — an hour-long “repetition” (which is no repetition, Deva being so much in Presence) of a musical mantra. It’s heavenly, friends. If you ever wanted to connect with the earth in a very deep way, here’s your chance. Could hardly see through the tears, at times. The vidography is awesome — superb. Enjoy!
We’re all opening up, to the extent of our readiness. So if it doesn’t quite hit you that way now, one day it will. Of course it takes settling down into Heart, being deeply available to this — but you knew that, right? Beyond that, it’s but a matter of allowing — making yourSelf available to yourself. Nuff said.
Don’t even know if I can write — may have to return to this later — I’m that “high” on it. Really takes you there. Yup — a silent mind — empty. No words come…
Okay, next day — looks like I’m going to present 2 vids, here — no relationship between them — creating a more balanced presentation. First, though, I have a suggestion. Since the meditative Nature vid repeats the same ancient phrase throughout, listening for 5 minutes lets you sense what might be available in the whole offering.
THE EXPERIMENT
Here’s my suggestion. Play it — or whatever portion of it you like — two times. One time approach it when you’re in the busy mind, then come back to it later when you’re more composed, more centered within. This will expose the portion, the slice of Life accessible both ways. Mind will certainly get something out of it, if nothing else the enjoyment of the excellent videography. Yet the high I got from it, yesterday, is nothing available via mind — strictly Heart.
Could be a very worthy experiment, right there on yourself — to access first the self — then the Self. There is no comparison — the differences are extreme. It’s just that for so long humanity has, in effect, locked themselves out of their ability to go within, this way — accessing Higher Self — that they have forgotten the possible — the vast heights available via Heart space. This could be an excellent, a timely re-mind-er, an asset helping mind come into compliance with Heart’s ways.
Actually, I think I’ll leave it at that, saving the other vid — one from Anonymous — Waves of Intelligence — for the next journal. LOL, shortest journal, yet :)
