Everything Happens FOR You, Not to You (Byron Katie)

We do a good job of blaming others for everything that seems to go wrong, not realizing that how we’re looking at things is the issue. Is it a 6 or a 9 I’ve writ large in the sand? That depends on your angle of view, on where you’re standing, doesn’t it? And the other guy who sees what you don’t is not wrong — just has a different perspective.
There’s a vast gap between our heads & Heart. It’s the head & the ego doing all the judging, the blaming. For those who can do it, take a break from being mind-centric. Heart is neutral, able to see clearly. Neutral observation is key. It’s already happening that we’re being shown so many things we’ve long believed in are total lies — yet, we don’t see that unless we’re neutral, open, & lovers of Truth.

For those still with me, the news is good — fantastic, actually. When we can take by Byron-Katie title quote into Heart & accept the truth, the grace of it, we’re headed in a beautiful direction.
The things that happen in life are all blessings — yes, even the wreck, the failed test, the loss of a loved one. Yes, I know that last one sounds harsh, but it’s your perspective making you see it that way — & your beliefs.
Our Source/God is not a god of judgment — in spite of whatever writings may say otherwise. It is a God of Love, a love so divine that human love is so small next to it — & we know the beauty, the joy of human love. It’s love vs. Love. The ones best able to see that are those who’ve had NDEs or other spiritually transformative experiences.
You see, it’s real, this Love, but it is nothing any human mind can grasp. Have you noticed how, whatever the human mind views, the view is ever & always from the outside? The deep inner Being — what I call Heart — views things directly, i.e., first-person, from within. It’s hugely different, but the mind can’t accept this.
Why not?
Because it’s been taught to believe that it is in charge, that it’s running things in your life. Mind is hugely arrogant, unless tempered & controlled by Heart. Mind & ego walk hand-in-hand.

By emptying out of our beliefs & the attitudes & ideas they spawn, our eyes are able to open much wider. We become more sensitive to actual truth. Staying Heart-centered is what empowers this, for Heart is beautifully balanced. Remember the sand-drawn 6/9. We “know” what it is just by looking at it — meanwhile being blind to other possibilities.
Just as you are one person, yet have trillions of atoms & cells — so All That Is is but One — one Being. We are all like individual cells in that One — different, yet still an aspect of the One. Such perspectives can help us expand out into our broader beingness. Mind wants to reject so many things as nasty or “other,” seeing them as unwanted — yet, together, we all form the One.
They are but other aspects, other perspectives in the one Being that is All That Is.
As we relax into neutrality, into being the observer, we settle ever deeper into the One. It makes a fine meditation, as well. Our Source, our God is Love. There is no judgment in that Love. This is how “Everything happens for you, not to you.” From Heart, all can be seen as delivering blessings — period. Yes, ALL.
It’s the mind that thinks it knows, that thinks it is right, that gets in the way of our ability to perceive from this broader perspective. Well, you’re in charge of that. You’re not powerless. Best to buckle the mind down into the back seat while allowing Heart to drive.
Remember the 6 & the 9 game. Perspective can rule when we remain mind-centric. We only THINK we are right. While that’s good enough for some, others of us yearn to go ever deeper, ever higher in vibration/frequency. Humanity is FAR more magnificent that we currently have a clue about, much less realize.
We are Source-in-form. We are — everything is — projections of That, of the One, of “God.” (I hesitate to use the word “God” because so many are convinced they know that that is, what the word means.) Our realm is actually both infinite & eternal; there are no beginnings & endings, just changes, just shifts.
We are Spirit/soul that contains the form. Let that one settle in. We are not limited to these bodies — except to the extent that we accept such limitations. Even Jesus said something to the effect that mountains can be moved by a focused effort of will. We don’t realize how thought actually creates. If we weren’t thinking all sorts of conflicting things, we’d see far more welcome manifestations in our life.
Going even deeper, it’s the overall vibration of our energy field that stirs thought & action, that creates. Abraham-Hicks is dialed in to such things.
