Awakening — Power of the Basics
Going Beyond, Well Beyond
Thought, itself, is a realm of boundaries, of differences & distinctions, yes? We get used to that, taking it to be “reality,” but what if it’s not? What if it’s but a few pixels of a greater, an infinite-eternal whole?
Center in Heart. Now, look for any lines, any boundaries there… There are none, none in the One found within. None of this is either good or bad, right or wrong, it just is, transcending that while also containing it. This calls on us to find our own inner stillness; stillness unlike anything the mind can conjure.
The mind is a restless bugger, yet we don’t see that clearly until we step away from it — which the mind will resist because it takes its realm to be the reality. How can one transcend reality? mutters the mind.
The wise ones silently observe.
There’s a “space” that transcends our conscious mind, that we eventually see transcends mentation, entirely. Let’s be humble enough to admit that we don’t really understand thought, since both the body’s heart & gut produce neurotransmitters, too, not just the brain.
I call this Heart or “Heart space,” but friends, let’s not get lost in anyone’s words. Let your own inner experience inform you. Trust yourSelf, your own inner guidance. Intuition, itself, for those willing to trust it, transcends thought for such things.
In Heart’s realm, we experience what the mind wants to call understanding, but I hesitate to use that word since every mind believes its own definitions, inadvertently accepting many false premises along the way. In today’s world, that’s almost impossible to avoid.
This is akin to that but goes ever so much deeper. I’ll call it innerstanding, for now.
It’s found as we take our position in Heart & in the NowHere of this moment — to just Be.
We are empty, seeking nothing, thinking nothing, & if we hear the mutterings of mind in the distance we ignore them, returning to center. I hesitate to use too many words, as words create limits. We’re tired of the limits, many wanting to throw them off, entirely, to discover what may be. 🌈 ❔
Words craft the limitations that help us define something specific within the Whole, so they can be useful, enabling us to both manifest & then work with whatever details. Heck, in the Christian scriptures, Creation/Cosmos was spoken into existence. 😲
Yet, words, of necessity, always limit whatever they define, unable to present the entirety of anything. Nor are they meant to; nor do they need to, since it’s not doable via words, which are always ABOUT something, never the thing in itself. 📖
When in Heart, we’re always in the land of Both/And. ☯ ️Words are, or can be, the paintbrush with which we draw the distinctions between any this & that. Yet, because we each abide in our own personal reality, our own unique universe of meaning, our words don’t always make it into another’s awareness intact.
Something is both lost & gained as they pass through the other’s cognitive, emotional, & cultural biasses & filters.
We say this, they hear that, often to the dismay of both. Try as we may, we can’t knock our truth into someone else’s thick skull. 😆 🔨💀 😆
What we perceive has everything to do with US, little or nothing to do with the words or what’s being presented. Six people watch a traffic accident, yet none of them write up the same report. Yet, they’re “eyewitnesses,” so very valuable in court — or not. We can always say, “It depends,” in our either/or duality, our 3D world.
What humanity takes to be locked-down, actual reality is far more malleable, more flexible than most of us realize.
The deeper into awakening we go, the stranger things get. It’s not actually that they become stranger, more that we just weren’t seeing how strange they were all along. As more of the self-imposed blinders of our programming fall away, we often feel somehow lost & untethered. 🆓
Yes, we’re in the land of the Both/And here, the nut that our mind can never crack but only come to terms with & accept. We now accept mystery as a major factor in life. Only you know how far along that trek you are, vis a vis your relationship with your mind. Where is your balance of power ☯️ (vis a vis Heart vs the mind, or self vs Self)? ⚖️
We know, on some level or our Being, that consciousness creates. The more conscious that knowledge is, the more it evidences our power reclaimed. Attitude is vital, playing a controlling role in shaping our creations. I find it best to stick like glue to the basics for a good while.
Our mind often thinks, “I’ve got this,” not yet realizing that’s not the case. What it has is but one angle, one aspect of what’s possible.
When we’re sufficiently grounded, we’ll experience our Self moving on, yet we leave that move to Heart, not to the mind.

Until we’re anchored in these, we’re not well equipped to dive into any specifics. ⚓️ We’d come at them without the fullness of our self/Self at the helm, off on yet another mental jaunt. No thanks! We’ve had plenty of that; we’re moving on.
And yet… Heart informs us without words, right? We’re more reading the energies these days than the words. I suspect we’re already merging our awareness into a realm where meanings are exchanged sans words. We’re in that transitional phase where our word use is morphing, where we take more from the energy than from the dictionary definitions of people’s words.
A realm beyond words — how cool is that? And how strange 😲 (but only to the mind ;-).
The more we Heart center, the more we ignore the mind’s chattering ways, the more our sensing abilities come to the fore. As usual, this has always been there, under our noses — well, in Heart 😆 — yet not seen. I find that to always be the case, no matter what fantastic new wonder awakening presents.
Everything just IS; all time is just Now. Can we just pause with that? Will we allow it to just Be, allowing ourselves to just Be? ❓
In contacting the is-ness of it all or of any one thing, we are amazed. There are no words for this, so these journals become more like paintings or sculptures than written documents. We’re learning new ways to be the Dance, allowing & noticing the subtle interactions of the Divine Dance.
We follow the lead of any speaker, switching places as we take the lead to speak, but it’s far more subtle than what our eyes & ears capture. When both speakers abide more in Heart, it’s more subtle, yet — the energy dance taking shape, the patterns Source weaves through & between us & all.
Are you sensing this, how this works in your life?
We’ve long lived in the more limited realm of the body-mind, a realm we think we understand. We’re comfortable with our ability to navigate, here in 3D. What if we’re now moving on into something quite other, something unfailingly different?
Are we flexible enough to flow with this potentially great Shift, to ride these incoming wave(s)?
With awakening, we begin to see we were largely misinformed in every way. Those resident in Heart are not disappointed, not angry, but rather excited & intrigued. What is this new ❔ coming on stage? What doors does Heart-within-Now unlock that we didn’t see yesterday? 🔓
To see the forest one must exit the trees & that holds true, here. As we find & enter our core, we gain distance from the mind & its ways, a distance that serves us well, presenting a clearer picture of how the mind works.
We see that, in order to present one aspect of the Whole, the mind must distort what it presents.
Nothing exists independently from anything else, from the Whole, yet even to have a conversation certain things are ignored, others emphasized, pulled out as if they were separate, which is a lie.
In the interwoven All That Is, separation, itself, is the illusion — but how can any mind comprehend this? If it could, would it still be able to present anything as though it were separate & distinct?
Probably not… but who knows?
There’s nothing wrong with the mind, it just isn’t what we took it to be; but then, nor is reality/Reality, nor is self/Self… Shall I go on? Nah, you don’t need that.
Our mind is a great tool, but we took it to be so much more, our reality-viewing lens.
It’s akin to taking the trombone to be the whole symphony. It’s a wonderful, perfectly useful trombone, it’s just not what we took it to be, so of course, it can’t stand in for the whole.
The flaw is not in the trombone/mind, but in our use of it, the beliefs, perspectives, & expectations controlling that. We are not the small things we took ourselves to be, either, so our new awareness of Self as Source-in-form makes more masterful use of the trombone/mind.
We now allow it to be the fullness of precisely what it is, no more trying to force it into the mold of particular perspectives or beliefs. This all amounts to a new Reality for us, a new reality/Reality coin to explore; but not too fast, & not with the mind.
It’s best to stick with the internal work, the basics until we’re better grounded in Heart’s Now, rather than using our new understandings to delve into the issues of life, the old mental realm. We can’t use a microscope to examine itself, nor the mind to examine itself.
Those “issues” are just mental perspectives, anyway, but only Heart Knows this.
Heart is ready & willing to share with us, but are we ready & willing to focus, to listen, to allow that? When we rush into the specifics of anything before we’re well grounded, we find ourselves unceremoniously dumped back into the more limited mental arena. From there, Heart & its realm seem hazy & unreal, since no mind can enter Heart’s infinite realm.
It’s now easy to understand those crying BS, crying “conspiracy theory,” & the like. We get it! Even to us, thinking about Heart while in the mind makes it seem a bit strange & unreal — even we, who’ve had the direct experience! Compassion instantly arises for others when this innerstanding arises, this clarity.
We’re going beyond both the mind & any sort of boundaries.
We see that seemingly separate people & things, universes & unicorns, are also just fleeting appearances, aspects of the Whole, facets of the One Divine Diamond. 💎 This can go as deep as we like, & then deeper once we’re primed & ready; deep into our Source-in-form Self. 😲
Hey, who wouldn’t want to greet & speak directly with Source; with Source in the mirror as our Source-in-form-ness? What would you say? It’s amazing to realize we can have that conversation, not to mention the results it generates as we find our way into allowing, rather than so much doing;
Be vs do.
Many of us have experienced other realities in higher (& perhaps lower) frequencies. Some call them other dimensions — just words. Be it via spiritual experience, NDE, OBE or whatever the vehicle, we’ve experienced ourselves in other realms.
Anyone who has had such an experience well Knows those realms are more real than 3D. This can neither be proven nor explained, so tell your mind to get over itself when it demands proof. The proof is in the pudding, in the direct experience that’s universally available.
It’s not your job to do someone else’s research for them, nor would they likely believe you if you did.
From the Spirit/soul perspective, our 3D lives are dreams. They are not “as dreams,” they are dreams, not partaking of the greater Reality but exploring an aspect of that. We leave our superpowers at Home when we incarnate, though the awakening ones pick a few of them up along the way.
Just as with our regular night dreams — if we’re graced to remember them — it’s not best to accept them at face value, as delivering clear, unambiguous facts. It’s more nuanced than that, & such is the case with our 3D-life dreams, our embodiments. They have many & varied meanings, depending on our perspective.
I like to call those amgodiments, opportunities taken to self-realize as “god:” Am-God-I-Me-N[e]t. Whatever else we may be, we are also Source-in-form. This is perhaps the biggest Truth we miss that’s been right under our nose, accessible via Heart, all along.
Our structural skeleton isn’t bone, it’s Source! 😲
It makes a Huge difference whether we explore Cosmos, All That Is, via the mind or via Heart as Source-in-form. It naturally takes some time, some “getting used to,” to move into acceptance of Self as Higher Self/Source. There is no rush. (Take that, impatient mind! 🎯)
By moving our locus of focus into Heart, by gaining some distance from reliance on the mind, we note the diminishment of ego in our experience. We don’t rush into accepting & owning our Source-in-form Self, aware of the spiritual ego as a veritable snakepit. We’ve all seen this at work in others somewhere along the way.
The “other” is not really other, as many now realize, but rather a mirror for the self/Self, one of the infinite facets of the same Divine Gem. 💎 As this Divine Diamond represents space, so it is with multifaceted time, 📆 the eternal Now containing it all while viewable from different angles, through different lenses. Those perspectives we call ages, hours, amgodiments & the like are the facets, viewing lenses of time.
We now find ourselves more sensitized to everything, more lovingly aware of the Whole, of whatever we gaze upon as yet another aspect of That.
We, as the nut Source has cracked, now shine with the innate brilliance of a thousand suns. ☀️
We humbly & deeply appreciate the fact that this brilliance cannot be claimed nor owned, but only allowed as the divinity it is. We celebrate both our own allowing, & sometimes even more so the allowing we see in others.
It makes our Heart/heart sing! and this, in spite of the many seeming challenges involved. Finally, oh finally, we are grateful for the most awkward, difficult (to the body-mind) times & situations we endured.
Through eyes of Source, we see their/our Beauty, more of their/our full radiance via hindsight. We now Know nothing at all was what we (mentally) took it to be! We couldn’t be happier about it all, both the seemingly bad & the good & everything in between. 💃 ✨ 💃
Let us keep this largely to ourselves & others who also “get it,” lest we slip back into the mind pit. It won’t take that long for our old momentums in that direction to fade, especially as we remain stubbornly loyal to Source & Self.
Our biggest Love affair, ever, is with Source-as-self, with us as Source-in-form.
